Your CrossFit journey begins with this, the On Ramp. This program consists of 5 one-on-one sessions with one of our Level 2 CrossFit trainers.

During On Ramp we will introduce you to the CrossFit training methodology, the Foundational movements, discuss recovery and nutrition, the class flow, what to wear and introduce you to our coaching style and terminology.

After your No Sweat Intro, your coach will explain more about the structure. But let’s book that first On Ramp session and make sure you hit the ground running.
