YOUTH A.D.

With a heavy focus on developing Strength, Stamina, Flexibility and Cardio Respiratory Endurance our Youth Athletic Development program utilises training principles from Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Aerobic Capacity to develop Speed & Power.

Our classes run on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons from 4pm to 5pm. They consist of a comprehensive activation and mobility warm up followed by technique work and some lifting before a conditioning component.

SUITABLE FOR PRE-TEENS AND TEENS…

Our program, suitable for Teens and Pre-teens, is somewhat broad in its goals: building and developing athletic performance, intensity, character, and peer support. The workouts can be long and more challenging than a Kids class, the skills are technical, and the mechanics are refined under the watchful guidance of our trainers. The variety of programming lessens the likelihood of overuse injuries, common in many training routines and year-round sports.
